When does a Small Business STOP being a small business?
I recently had a customer say, thank you for the information but we’re considering helping out a small guy..
Weird. I feel like a small guy.
We have 10 techs, a Project Manager and Office Staff. However, as an Owner I still find myself in a service truck when needed, on quotes and of course planning/reviewing our.. well, everything.
I get it.
I was the “1 man band” for years and appreciated when customers gave me a chance.
I feel we now offer a better service and have a better support system than I did 18-20 years ago tho.
I think we still connect like we’re small bc our Techs are REAL people, you’ll see them at school events, Wegmans and picking up a pizza on a Saturday.
I feel responsible to keep our Team busy and to keep their confidence about our work flow.
We’re not going to WIN every bid, but everyone we do.. is a huge help to our Team and our family.
I guess if we’re not a small business, we’re still locally owned and our Team is very appreciative of the opportunity to clean for you.
Maybe we’re a “SMEEDIUM” business, not quite small-not quite medium
🤷🏽♂️ I’m okay with that.
Thank you to everyone who supports us!
